Always read these safety instructions carefully before installing and using this product.
Following these instructions is strictly required. Incorrect mounting and/or installation could put you, your TV, your soundbar, and your family at substantial risk.
- Vogel’s recommends that the mounting and/or installation of this product should be carried out by a suitably qualified expert.
- Vogel’s cannot be held responsible for any injury and/or damage caused by incorrect installation.
- Please be advised that this soundbar mount is exclusively designed for use with a soundbar and a turnable TV wall mount. Utilizing this soundbar mount with other products could potentially result in instability, malfunction, or damage to your equipment and may also pose a safety risk.
- The tilt function of the TV wall mount, if available, shall not be used.
- Please consult the manuals for your TV, soundbar, and TV wall mount. Make sure that the total weight of the TV, together with the soundbar and the SOUND 3550 soundbar mount, is within the maximum weight limit specified for the TV wall mount.
Note that not all the soundbar mounting accessories provided are required for the installation of any one soundbar. - Clean the product with a dry, lint-free cloth. Do not use detergents or other solvents to clean the product.
- Only qualified, certified personnel may repair the product. Use only original spare parts. The use of other parts will result in voiding the warranty, and could lead to injuries.
- Alterations to the product and technical modifications are not permitted. This will void the warranty, and could lead to injuries.
- Always store the product in a dry and safe place with a temperature between -10°C to +50°C.
- Handle and transport the product with care.
- Repack the product when transporting or not using it for a longer period of time.
- Lifting your TV is a two-person job. Don’t be bold!

Introduction
This soundbar mount can be used in combination with all full-motion Vogel's TV mounts and soundbars up to 6,5 kg. In this manual, you will install the soundbar mount between the TV and the TV mount.
Ready… set… get installing!
Step 1: Remove your TV from the TV wall mount
- Consult the step "Removing your TV" in the installation instructions for your TV wall mount.
- With two persons, remove your TV from the TV wall mount.
- Carefully place the TV face down on a soft, clean surface without any obstacles.
- Remove the interface strips and bars from the TV.
Lifting your TV is a two-person job. Don’t be bold!
Step 2: Assemble the soundbar mount
- Attach an M6x10 bolt Ⓖ with an M6x10 nut Ⓙ to the brackets Ⓞ.
Do not tighten the bolts yet. Make sure they can move.
- Slide the two brackets Ⓞ into the rail Ⓐ with the M6x10 nut Ⓙ.
- Move the two brackets Ⓞ until they align with the position of the Vesa mounts on the back of the TV and tighten the M6x10 bolts Ⓖ.
Make sure rail Ⓐ is centered relative to the TV.
- Slide the connection strip Ⓢ into the two rails Ⓐ.
- Attach the connection strip Ⓢ to the rails Ⓐ with bolts M6x8 Ⓜ.
Make sure the coupler strip Ⓕ is centered relative to the seam between the rails Ⓐ.
- Attach an M6x10 bolt Ⓖ with an M6x10 nut Ⓙ to the brackets Ⓞ.
Do not tighten the bolts yet. Make sure they can move.
- Slide the two brackets Ⓞ into rails Ⓐ with the M6x10 nut Ⓙ.
- Move the two brackets Ⓞ until they align with the position of the Vesa mounts on the back of the TV and tighten the M6x10 bolts Ⓖ.
Make sure the seam between the rails Ⓐ is centered relative to the TV.
Step 3: Install the soundbar mount and TV wall mount on the TV
- Place a spacer Ⓓ on each Vesa mounting hole.
- Place the soundbar mount on top of the bottom spacers Ⓓ and align it so the rail Ⓐ does not stick out from under the TV.
- OPTIONAL: For soundbars that can make your TV vibrate, install the felt stickers Ⓚ:
- Peel the cover from the adhesive of the felt stickers Ⓚ.
- Attach the four felt stickers Ⓚ to the soundbar brackets Ⓞ. Make sure they are in between the soundbar brackets Ⓞ and the interface strips of the TV wall mount.
- Place the interface strips and bars of the TV wall mount on top of the soundbar mount.
- Attach the interface strips and bars of the TV wall mount and the soundbar mount loosely to the TV with bolts Ⓕ. Do not tighten the bolts completely at this moment.
Choose the correct size of bolts (Ⓕ1, Ⓕ2, Ⓕ3, or Ⓕ4). Make sure bolts and spacers are positioned correctly.
Depending on the size of the bolts Ⓕ, it could be necessary to use washers Ⓒ.
- Place a spacer Ⓓ and a spacer Ⓔ on each Vesa mounting hole.
The soundbar mount and interface strips and bars need to be mounted parallel to the back panel (not under an angle). Check if it is necessary to use the spacers based on the position of the Vesa mounting holes and the shape of the back panel.
- Place the soundbar mount on top of the spacers Ⓓ and Ⓔ and align it so rail Ⓐ does not stick out from under the TV.
- OPTIONAL: For soundbars that can make your TV vibrate, install the felt stickers Ⓚ:
- Peel the cover from the adhesive of the felt stickers Ⓚ.
- Attach the four felt stickers Ⓚ to the brackets Ⓞ. Make sure they are in between the brackets Ⓞ and the interface strips of the TV wall mount.
- Place the interface strips and bars of the TV wall mount on top of the soundbar mount.
- Attach the interface strips and bars of the TV wall mount and the soundbar mount loosely to the TV with bolts Ⓕ. Do not tighten the bolts completely at this moment.
Choose the correct size of bolts (Ⓕ1, Ⓕ2, Ⓕ3, or Ⓕ4). Make sure bolts and spacers are positioned correctly.
Depending on the size of the bolts Ⓕ, it could be necessary to use washers Ⓒ.
Step 4: Attach the soundbar
- Attach an M6x10 bolt Ⓖ with an M6x10 nut Ⓙ to the soundbar brackets Ⓣ.
Make sure the wider part of the slot in the brackets Ⓟ is on the opposite side of bolt Ⓖ.
Do not tighten the bolts yet. Make sure they can move.
- Slide the two soundbar brackets Ⓣ into the rail Ⓐ with the M6x10 nut Ⓙ.
- Attach the soundbar loosely to the soundbar brackets Ⓣ with screws Ⓝ and washers Ⓟ3.
Choose the correct size of bolts (Ⓝ1, Ⓝ2, Ⓝ3, or Ⓝ4) and washers (Ⓟ1, Ⓟ2 or Ⓟ3). Consult your soundbar’s user manual for the correct mounting instructions.
For soundbars with a key-hole slot, use bolt Ⓡ1, hex nut Ⓡ2 and washer Ⓟ3.
- Center the soundbar relative to the TV and make sure there is about 10 mm space between the TV and the soundbar.
- Tighten all the screws and bolts.
Do not overtighten the bolts and screws.
- Attach an M6x10 bolt Ⓖ with an M6x10 nut Ⓙ to the soundbar brackets Ⓠ.
Do not tighten the bolts yet. Make sure they can move.
- Slide the two soundbar brackets Ⓠ into the rail Ⓐ with the M6x10 nut Ⓙ.
- Attach the soundbar loosely to the soundbar brackets Ⓠ with screws Ⓝ and washers Ⓟ.
Choose the correct size of bolts (Ⓝ1, Ⓝ2, Ⓝ3, or Ⓝ4 and washers Ⓟ1, Ⓟ2 or Ⓟ3). Consult your soundbar’s user manual for the correct mounting instructions.
- Center the soundbar relative to the TV and make sure there is about 10 mm space between the TV and the soundbar.
- Tighten all the screws and bolts.
Do not overtighten the bolts and screws.
Step 5: Install the endcaps, cable clips and camouflage stickers
- Put the end caps Ⓘ into the ends of rail Ⓐ.
- Peel the cover from the adhesive of a cable clip Ⓗ.
- Attach the cable clip Ⓗ to the soundbar bracket Ⓠ or Ⓣ.
- Clip the cable of the soundbar into the cable clip Ⓗ.
- Peel the cover from the adhesive of the camouflage stickers Ⓛ.
- Attach the camouflage stickers Ⓛ to the front of the bracket Ⓞ.
Step 6: Install the TV on the TV wall mount
Consult the step "Attach the TV to the wall mount" in the installation instructions for your TV wall mount.
Step 1: Assemble the soundbar mount
- Attach an M6x10 bolt Ⓖ with an M6x10 nut Ⓙ to the brackets Ⓞ.
Do not tighten the bolts yet. Make sure they can move.
- Slide the two brackets Ⓞ into the rail Ⓐ with the M6x10 nut Ⓙ.
- Move the two brackets Ⓞ until they align with the position of the Vesa mounts on the back of the TV and tighten the M6x10 bolts Ⓖ.
Make sure rail Ⓐ is centered relative to the TV.
- Slide the connection strip Ⓢ into the two rails Ⓐ.
- Attach the connection strip Ⓢ to the rails Ⓐ with bolts M6x8 Ⓜ.
Make sure the coupler strip Ⓕ is centered relative to the seam between the rails Ⓐ.
- Attach an M6x10 bolt Ⓖ with an M6x10 nut Ⓙ to the brackets Ⓞ.
Do not tighten the bolts yet. Make sure they can move.
- Slide the two brackets Ⓞ into rails Ⓐ with the M6x10 nut Ⓙ.
- Move the two brackets Ⓞ until they align with the position of the Vesa mounts on the back of the TV and tighten the M6x10 bolts Ⓖ.
Make sure the seam between the rails Ⓐ is centered relative to the TV.
Step 2: Attach the soundbar mount to the TV
- Place a spacer Ⓓ on each Vesa mounting hole.
- Place the soundbar mount on top of the bottom spacers Ⓓ and align it so the rail Ⓐ does not stick out from under the TV.
- OPTIONAL: For soundbars that can make your TV vibrate, install the felt stickers Ⓚ:
- Peel the cover from the adhesive of the felt stickers Ⓚ.
- Attach the four felt stickers Ⓚ to the soundbar brackets Ⓞ. Make sure they are in between the soundbar brackets Ⓞ and the interface strips of the TV wall mount.
- Now is the time to open the TV wall mount box and find the interface bars and interface strips. Consult the step "Attach the strips to the TV" in the installation instructions for your TV wall mount to connect the interface bars to the interface strips.
- Place the interface strips and bars of the TV wall mount on top of the soundbar mount.
- Attach the interface strips of the TV wall mount and the soundbar mount loosely to the TV with bolts Ⓕ. Do not tighten the bolts completely at this moment.
Choose the correct size of bolts (Ⓕ1, Ⓕ2, Ⓕ3, or Ⓕ4). Make sure bolts and spacers are positioned correctly.
Depending on the size of the bolts Ⓝ, it could be necessary to use washers Ⓒ.
- Place a spacer Ⓓ and a spacer Ⓔ on each Vesa mounting hole.
The soundbar mount and interface strips and bars need to be mounted parallel to the back panel (not under an angle). Check if it is necessary to use the spacers based on the position of the Vesa mounting holes and the shape of the back panel.
- Place the soundbar mount on top of the spacers Ⓓ and Ⓔ and align it so rail Ⓐ does not stick out from under the TV.

- Now is the time to open the TV wall mount box and find the interface bars and interface strips. Consult the step "Attach the strips to the TV" in the installation instructions for your TV wall mount to connect the interface bars to the interface strips.
- Place the interface strips and bars of the TV wall mount on top of the soundbar mount.
- Attach the interface of the TV wall mount and the soundbar mount loosely to the TV with bolts Ⓕ. Do not tighten the bolts completely at this moment.
Choose the correct size of bolts (Ⓕ1, Ⓕ2, Ⓕ3, or Ⓕ4). Make sure bolts and spacers are positioned correctly.
Depending on the size of the bolts Ⓝ, it could be necessary to use washers Ⓒ.
Step 3: Attach the soundbar
- Attach an M6x10 bolt Ⓖ with an M6x10 nut Ⓙ to the soundbar brackets Ⓣ.
Do not tighten the bolts yet. Make sure they can move.
Make sure the wider part of the slot in the brackets Ⓟ is on the opposite side of bolt Ⓖ.
- Slide the two soundbar brackets Ⓣ into the rail Ⓐ with the M6x10 nut Ⓙ.
- Attach the soundbar loosely to the soundbar brackets Ⓣ with screws Ⓝ and washers Ⓟ3.
Choose the correct size of bolts (Ⓝ1, Ⓝ2, Ⓝ3, or Ⓝ4) and washers (Ⓟ1, Ⓟ2 or Ⓟ3). Consult your soundbar’s user manual for the correct mounting instructions.
For soundbars with a key-hole slot, use bolt Ⓡ1, hex nut Ⓡ2 and washer Ⓟ3.
- Center the soundbar relative to the TV and make sure there is about 10 mm space between the TV and the soundbar.
- Tighten all the screws and bolts.
Do not overtighten the bolts and screws.
- Attach an M6x10 bolt Ⓖ with an M6x10 nut Ⓙ to the soundbar brackets Ⓠ.

- Slide the two soundbar brackets Ⓠ into the rail Ⓐ with the M6x10 nut Ⓙ.
- Attach the soundbar loosely to the soundbar brackets Ⓠ with screws Ⓝ and washers Ⓟ.
Choose the correct size of bolts (Ⓝ1, Ⓝ2, Ⓝ3, or Ⓝ4 and washers Ⓟ1, Ⓟ2 or Ⓟ3). Consult your soundbar’s user manual for the correct mounting instructions.
- Center the soundbar relative to the TV and make sure there is about 10 mm space between the TV and the soundbar.
- Tighten all the screws and bolts.
Do not overtighten the bolts and screws.
Step 4: Install the endcaps, cable clips and camouflage stickers
- Put the end caps Ⓘ into the ends of rail Ⓐ.
- Peel the cover from the adhesive of a cable clip Ⓗ.
- Attach the cable clip Ⓗ to the soundbar bracket Ⓠ or Ⓣ.
- Clip the cable of the soundbar into the cable clip Ⓗ.
- Peel the cover from the adhesive of the camouflage stickers Ⓛ.
- Attach the camouflage stickers Ⓛ to the front of the bracket Ⓞ.
Step 5: Attach the TV wall mount to the wall
Consult the step "Attach the wall mount to the wall" in the installation instructions for your TV wall mount.
Step 6: Attach the TV to the wall mount
Consult the step "Attach the TV to the wall mount" in the installation instructions for your TV wall mount.

‘The TV vibrates because of the soundbar’

You have not installed the optional felt stickers.
Solution
Place the felt stickers in between the soundbar mount and the interface strips of the TV wall mount. See the step “Attach the soundbar mount to the TV”.

- Complete the contact form or mail our Consumer Care Team. Preferably, please add a picture.
- Within 2 business days you will be contacted by our local Vogel’s distributor.
- If the guarantee is invoked, the product should be returned, together with the original purchase document (invoice, sales slip or cash receipt). The purchase document should clearly show the name of the supplier and the date of purchase. You will be informed about the specific return address and further procedure.
- If the product has not been installed or used in accordance with the instructions;
- If applicable, if the holes in the wall have not been properly drilled in accordance with the Vogel's installation instructions for the applicable wall type;
- If the product has been altered or repaired by someone other than Vogel’s;
- If a fault arises due to external causes (outside the product) such as for example lightning, water nuisance, fire, scuffing, exposure to extreme temperatures, weather conditions, solvents or acids, wrong use or negligence;
- If the product is used for different equipment than is mentioned on or in the packaging.
